Born September 8, 1961 in the village. Mukievka of the Belopolsky district of Sumy region. In 1978 he graduated from the 10th class at the Verkhosul secondary school and entered the Small-state state-technical school named after him. PS Rybalko, who graduated in 1983 and received his specialty as a veterinarian paramedic. From 1983 to 1985 he worked as a vetfelscher of the collective farm “Victory” of the Belopolsky region.
From 1985 to 1990 he studied at the Sumy Agricultural Institute at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, graduating with honors. From 1990 to April 1994 he worked as the chief veterinarian of the state farm. Gorky Sumy district.
Since April 1994, Assistant Professor, since 1995 – Senior Lecturer, since 2000 until now Assistant Professor, leading the course “General and Special Surgery”. He graduated from graduate school at Belotserkovsky State Agrarian University, majoring in 16.00.05 – veterinary surgery. He defended his thesis in specialized scientific council D 27.821.02 at Belotserkovsky State Tax Administration on the theme: “Changes in the content of total protein, lipids and proteinase inhibitory potential of synovial fluid and blood plasma in aseptic arthritis in horses”.
