Born in Sumy on July 27, 1979.
In 1996, he graduated from the Anglo-Legal Lyceum No. 1 of Sumy.
From 1997 to 2002, he studied at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Sumy National University. From 2002 to 2005, he worked as a doctor of veterinary medicine at the State Sumy Breeding Center.
In 2007, he entered postgraduate study with a break from production in the specialty 16.00.07 – veterinary obstetrics.
From 2006 to 2009, he worked as a veterinarian – consultant at Provimi LLC, specializing in feed and feed additives for farm animals and poultry. He graduated from the training course for specialists in electron microscopy, has a certificate of completion of the course (2008). He was on an internship in the UK (2003-2004). Since 2009 he has worked at the Department of Surgery of the National Agricultural University of Ukraine.
In 2010 he graduated from the Master’s degree and received a diploma in the specialty “Administrative Management”.
In 2011 he defended his PhD thesis. Today he works as an associate professor at the Department of Veterinary and Sanitary Inspection, Microbiology, Hygiene and Pathological Anatomy.
In 2017 he graduated from the Master’s degree at the Faculty of Law of Sumy National Agricultural University, received a diploma “Master of Law”.
Main academic disciplines: Safety and quality of food products and feed, Fundamentals of biosafety, bioethics and veterinary ecology, Quality and safety of feed and feed additives, Organization and control of sanitary measures.
Research areas: Development and improvement of methods for diagnosing, treating, and preventing infectious diseases of poultry and obtaining high-quality and safe poultry products. Preclinical studies of veterinary drugs. Determination of the quality and safety of feed and feed additives. Study of animal welfare issues in the conditions of modern industrial animal husbandry in Ukraine.
