Born on February 14, 1981 in Romny, Sumy region. In 1996 he graduated from the Romany High School № 11. In 2000 – M.-Vystoropsky Agricultural College of Veterinary Medicine.
2003 – Sumy State Agrarian University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. He worked as the chief veterinarian at the SE SIAPV SE. Garden of Sumy district.
Candidate’s dissertation topic: “Escherichiosis of quails (biological properties of the pathogen, diagnostics, control measures)” 16.00.03. – Veterinary Microbiology and Virology. Year of protection – 2008 (EECMM, Kharkiv).
